The voicemail issue with the ferry terminal phone line has been resolved.
Starting Jan. 1, 2022, any single-use tickets (peak or non-peak season) purchased prior to Dec. 31, 2021 will not be accepted, regardless of the printed expiration date. All refund requests must be received by Jan 10, 2022.
Due to the new fares starting Jan 1, 2022, all unused, single use tickets purchased prior to Dec 31st will expire at 11:59 PM on Dec 31, 2021. Click above for more information.

The Steilacoom Loading Lanes are being temporarily rerouted to Commercial Street from 11/29 - 12/3

Passenger services for the 9:30 a.m. departure from Steilacoom, the 11:10 a.m. departure from A.I. and the 9:00 a.m. service provider run to Ketron are canceled.
Effective immediately, vehicles weighing 30,000+ pounds Gross Vehicle Weight, are restricted from using the ferry system until further notice.
Two-boat service for August 27th and 29th is canceled due to staffing shortage. Please follow the Daily September - June schedule and plan your ferry trip accordingly.

The fuel service run to Anderson Island on July 19th will impact the ferry schedule with cancellation of several runs.
Tickets are required to board the Ferry when departing from Steilacoom. Tickets are not required when departing from Anderson Island or Ketron Island.
Work will begin on the Steilacoom Roundabout project on July 6, 2021. Work hours are from 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.
Two-boat schedule (Daily Summer July - August) is in effect Friday & Monday of July 4th holiday weekend. Saturday & Sunday will follow the Daily September-June schedule.
The 10:20 p.m. departure from Steilacoom and the 10:50 p.m. departure from Anderson Island will be canceled June 14-17 and June 22-23.
On Thursday, May 13th, the 10:50 pm Anderson Island departure will be cancelled. The last departure from the island will be at 9:10 pm.
On Monday, May 24th, the 10:50 pm Anderson Island departure will be cancelled. The last departure from the island is at 9:10 pm.
Peak season begins May 1st. Refund requests for unused non-peak season tickets must be made by May 10th.

Youth Fare is being reduced. New parameters for over-sized vehicles. All flammable liquids in portable containers must be disposed of prior to boarding.
All passengers and employees-regardless of their vaccination status-are required to wear a face mask when in indoor spaces such as the ferry passenger cabin and terminals.
Extremely low tides are expected during the month of May. Tides may prevent certain vehicles from being allowed onboard, please plan accordingly.
